Correction at 7:22: The model was originally proposed as time independent…but"Phase" and "Rate" of Landform Development can't be time independent completely….think about it☝️…. time has been taken as a neutral factor NOT a dominant one as in case of Davis.

sir i have a doubt, in davis theory he said that erosion starts only when upliftment is completed. but in penck's theory, one of the basic principle says that erosion and upliftment coexist. so which one is actually the correct one? do erosion and upliftment happen together?

It's time-independent. Savindra Geomorpholgy. Chapter 3 : theories of landform development. pge no. 70 . 3rd point.
