Munster (1489-1552) work on “Cosmos Universalis” can be compared to Von Humboldt’s Kosmos which deals with the universal description and geography…. so can you say Von Humboldt got his idea of the Kosmos from Munster because it’s seems the only thing changed was the spelling of the name and the expansion of the work
